Arol Wolford

President

Arol is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) pioneer, and a passionate advocate for efficient building design. Arol founded Construction Market Data (CMD), a global building information company, growing it from 5 to 1300 employees by 2000 when it was acquired by Reed Elsevier. He was an original board member at Revit Technology Corporation, acquired by Autodesk in 2002. In 2003, he founded SmartBIM, a creator of Revit Objects. Arol is an honorary member of the AIA and the first non-architect on the AIA 150 Board. In 1999, he received the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) President’s Award and 2020 he was awarded the Construction Specification Presidents Innovation Award for his work with Building Specification Design. Arol’s latest efforts include the addition of a visual modeling component to evolve BIM to VIM, and in addition to being President at Spatial Construx, he serves on the board of several other firms that are at the forefront of using 3D visualization, information modeling and energy efficient building design to transform the Architectural, Engineering and Construction market.

Judah Jackson

Director of Technology

Judah has been working in the AEC field for 30+ years specializing in guiding industry professionals in the use of new and innovative technologies. From the early days of the adoption of the first computer aided design (CAD) programs to the latest advances in building information modeling (BIM) based workflows, Judah has developed, performed, trained, implemented and helped establish best practices for some of the largest AEC firms in the industry.  The insights gained from that experience are now used to create new ways of using interactive 3D building models to build, maintain and secure assets for owners and developers around the world.

Alexa Romanek

Director of Marketing

For 10+ years Alexa has maintained a thought leadership role in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Her roles have emphasized creating brand awareness of emerging technology for the AEC industry. Alexa has specifically focused on the use of 3D modeling and Virtual Reality to optimize office design and was featured in Seasons 1 and 2 of the Office Spaces TV Show, which aired on Lifetime TV and Fox Business. Alexa was recently recognized for her numerous innovations with a feature article in Entrepreneur Magazine.

Bob Neagle

General Manager

A 24-year veteran of the Danaher Corp, Bob has held a series of roles in Marketing, Sales and Business Unit Mgmt., as well as M&A activity and corporate strategy development. A skilled practitioner of the renown Danaher Business System, Bob has a track record of growing revenue through customer focused product development, new market penetration and account-based marketing. He currently specializes in working with companies with emerging technology to add the structure and processes to help manage them through and accelerate their growth phase.

Charles DeAndrade

Director of Finance

Charles has 45 years of experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction industry entering the field as an electrical contractor and then moving into the construction information industry where he served as editor and VP of editorial operations. An expert in industry workflows and improvements in efficiencies , he has been at the forefront of the BIM, VR, AR developments in the industry serving at various times as President and Director of Finance for software companies in the AEC space.  He is excited to be involved with Spatial Construx as the company continues to push the adoption of technology to improve the industry and the quality of the built environment.
